Introductory film to launch giffgaff money, a new service helping to put people in control of their borrowing, just like giffgaff phone members are in control of their phone spending.

Challenge: Giffgaff had already established itself as a different type of mobile network. One run by its members, for its members. Now they wanted to communicate that they were branching out to the murky world of finance.

Solution: An Introductory film that communicated all the benefits, in a way that that reassured members, and attracted those new to the brand as well. We introduced a range of editorial formats at the same time, to support and educate members on a whole range of money matters.
