Challenge: Giffgaff had already established itself as a different type of mobile network. One run by its members, for its members. Now they wanted to communicate that they were branching out to the murky world of finance.
Solution: An Introductory film that communicated all the benefits, in a way that that reassured members, and attracted those new to the brand as well. We introduced a range of editorial formats at the same time, to support and educate members on a whole range of money matters.
It's not just all about offering loans. Far from it, giffgaff were keen to give their members all of the useful information possible before a loan would be needed.
I created a range of editorial formats that now run each month to engage young people about money matters in an entertaining, relevant way.
